Precision digital design (CAD) is achieved using our AmannGirrbach Ceramill Map400 which provides high-resolution scan data created using strip light projection. Its highly sensitive 3D sensors provide precise imagery of a model using STL files.
Our dental laboratory is also equipped with the AmannGirrbach Ceramill Motion2 which offers wet/dry milling and grinding with an unlimited range of indications. Using 5-axis simultaneous technology means our solutions are future proof and affordable.

Our experience
Elias Sara – Dental Prosthetist
Our highly skilled Dental Prosthetist and co-owner, Elias Sara, has considerable technical expertise and extensive laboratory experience. He is fully qualified in all facets of dental restorative solutions.
While his own successful laboratory continues to operate in Camden, Elias now joins with Dental Prosthetist, Paul Petrovski to combine the strengths of their two laboratories into one. Together, under Digital Dental Solutions, they are able to utilise specialised state of the art equipment plus 30 years of combined experience to provide dental professionals with next generation dental solutions for their patients.
Elias brings particular skill to our laboratory through his ability to customise individual patient solutions. In 2004 he established a specialised ceramic laboratory in Sydney’s Martin Place, making a mark of excellence through complex restorative cases with a client base that is still at the heart of his business today.
In a rapidly changing industry, Elias is aware of the need to stay informed of the latest in technological advancements and work practices. Ongoing professional development and education have been key to his own personal growth, technical knowledge and ability.
Elias is a regular traveller to Cologne in Germany to attend the International Dental Show (IDS) and to undertake private master technician courses in ceramics and implants. He holds both clinical and laboratory certification in the Swiss Denture Concept.
With an Advanced Diploma in Dental Technology (2001) and Advanced Diploma in Dental Prosthetics (2006), He has also attained specialist certification in the Construction and Insertion of Implant Retained Dentures and has completed an Ivoclar BPS course in Cosmetic Dentures.
Elias’ passion for fixed restorations has given him exposure to thousands of cases requiring the most intricate of solutions. He is confident that customers are seeking unsurpassed quality and a level of excellence in their restorative work that Digital Dental Solutions can now provide.
Paul Petrovski – Dental Prosthetist
Specialised training combined with in-depth industry knowledge and years of operational experience in dental laboratory services and prosthetics has made Dental Prosthetist and co-owner Paul Petrovski highly proficient in his craft.
Over the past seven years, Paul has operated from his now well-established denture clinic and laboratory situated in Penrith which has earned a solid reputation for providing its clients with the very best in quality dental solutions in terms of product, personalised service and delivery.
As every client is different, Paul’s combined skill and experience has enabled him to design and deliver custom made solutions that meet the specific needs of each individual case, with exceptional results.
Paul is particularly interested in modern advancements and process improvement within the industry. He understands that keeping up with new technologies, products and practices means being able to provide better dental solutions for his patients.
Under Digital Dental Solutions, Paul is partnering with co-owner and Dental Prosthetist, Elias Sara to offer Australian Dental professionals a full suite of precision made dental restorative solutions that use the very latest in digital technology.
To keep abreast of worldwide industry standards in prosthetic manufacturing and fitting, Paul is a regular attendee at overseas forums and conventions including the International Dental Show (IDS) which is held in Cologne, Germany every two years.
With an Advanced Diploma in Dental Technology and Advanced Diploma in Dental Prosthetics, Paul has also achieved certification as a Swiss Denture Concept Clinician. He is a current board member of the ADPA (Australian Dental Prosthesis Association) and attends CPD seminars on a range of industry topics.
